Exchange of damaged / wrong products

Was your item delivered wrong or damaged? Sorry - we will make the exchange process as easy as possible! Please perform the following steps:
  1. Please send us an e-mail to support@uniqhorse.com with your order number (#UNIQ) and the problem with the product. It would be great if you send us a photo of the damage to speed up your exchange
  2. If you are in Germany, you can directly print your return label at the following Link.If you are located in the EU, you will receive a return label after verification through our support team. You can then use this to return the item to us free of charge 
  3. Please send the product back to the address below. The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging 
  4. The exchange item will be sent to you as soon as we receive your return

You want to return your item? No problem, you send us the article back and then quickly get your money back! Please perform the following steps:

  1. Please note that you have a legal right of revocation - our extended return window is 30 days after receipt of your item. Our team will send you a return label free of charge.
  2. If you are in Germany, you can directly print your return label at the following Link.  If you are located in the EU, you will receive a return label after verification through our support team. 
  3. Please put a note into your returned package or let us know to support@uniqhorse.com with your order number (#UNIQ) and the indication that you want to return your product. If you leave us a reason for your return, you can help us improve in the future. 
  4. Please send the article back to us. The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging 
  5. After our team has checked your return, we will reimburse you the money through your payment method chosen for the order

 

Please note that you have to use our DHL return label for a return. We do not refund any shipping costs.
